Update : As of Feb 29th 2020 :
Based on latest feedback from folks who attended visa interview in Ciudad Juarez, last 3 months has been good without any issues except few cases of 221g’s(Client verification for contractors by Email). Recently 2 to 3 of our guests were able to come back to USA with valid I-797A with i-94 and expired passport after getting 221g & went back again after 10 days to get his passport stamped once their 221g got cleared.
