Venkat and Team is making visa stamping in a new country, a very positive and convenient experience. Group discussion in different whatsapp and fb group is very helpful. Team is up-to-date with local information and same is quickly shared in groups. If you are looking for the way how to get US visa in Mexico, you should definitely request this service. They offer a timely, convenient, and very detailed service for complicated and tricky visa processes. I contacted them on Friday and successfully made an appointment at Consulate on next Monday through their diligent work in the weekend. This service was the most efficient and honest one I experienced in US. I greatly appreciate their organized work and will recommend my friends to request their service.

Visa type: H1B, renewal along with H4
Date and Location: 09/19, Mexico City
Appointment Type: Non-Emergency
Turn around time to pick passport (expedite pickup): 4 business days
Visa interview and pickup:
You are not allowed to carry any cellphones and wearing a MASK is mandatory, they do not allow you inside without a mask. There are some stores/lockers available near the embassy where you can leave your cell phone in case you have to carry them to the embassy. They do sell masks as well.
The VO (visa officer) asked only three questions.
1. Which company I work for
2. What is my nature of job, like what I do as part of my job.
3. My employment verification letter
As of now in Mexico City, the usual turn around time to pick up the passport is 5 – 7 business days. I requested for an expedite pickup stating my daughter’s school as she is in 2nd grade and the VO was kind to accept it and gave us a pink card with exact date to pick up from the embassy which was 4th day from the interview. I went to the embassy on that day and got the passports.
I have come to Mexico for the first time for Visa stamping(H4). I couldnt be any happier for having coming here through this team. They are very professional and helpful and what not.. they never made me feel i am all alone in this county where i cannot talk in english or anyother language except spanish. Right from booking appointment to hotel and collecting my passport and getting back to US , everything is taken care by them. Your team has been amazing and I cannot thank enough for your help on less than a days notice. You made the whole process smooth. I didn’t have to worry about getting to my appointments on time straight from the airport. My assigned drivers, Jorge, in Mexico City was amazing and very helpful and Raul in Monterrey was wonderfully helpful with his advice. They are very knowledgeable about the locations and helped me out whenever they can.

Stayed at guest house. Visited mall near guest house and enjoyed food at restaurants recommended by Ernesto. Junos cafe near guest house is great. Services provided by Ernesto and Venkat were really great.

She didn’t ask any Documents (or) Letters
She took my Passport and I-797 ( I got my I797 back along with my passport on Dec 10th )
After Security Check there are 3 counters. For me waiting time at each counter is 30 mintutes.
1st counter Documents check ( DS160 Confirmation print out , passport, I797 )
2rd counter Finger Prints
3rd counter Visa Interview
At Monterrey location, many workers get H2 visas for 3 or 4 months.
I have seen 400 to 500 people in line for group visas.
In Mexico, at Port of Entry — you will get Mexican Immigration Form — This is valid visa document when your passport is at US Embassy.
You will return this Mexican Immigration Form at end of your trip in Airport.
Install Google translator, Uber Eats, make sure your Mobile network provider allows to call from Mexico to USA, Download Monterrey offline Google maps.
Keep Alberto or your cab driver number handy on paper. You may need it after Visa Interview or Passport pickup.
Book only one way ticket. I have seen people paying more to cancel/reschedule ticket.
Book your return ticket only after Visa Officer gave your pick up date. ( H2 group visas can change your pick up date )
Four Days Trip — If you book ASC on Tuesday and Visa Interview on Wednesday — you can pick up your passport and return back to US on Friday
Six Days Trip — If you book your Visa Interview on Thurday or Friday — you need to stay more than six days. Flight tickets may not be aviable after Passport pick time.
Many Cards don’t charge Foreign Transaction fee in Mexico. So no need to carry more cash.
I stayed in both Hotel and Guest house. Both are almost same price. I prefer Guest House than Hotel.
Alberto stays here — takes u to local restaurants. Food is tasty and not costly.
I went on Cab to Fundidora Park ( Iron extraction Industry converted to public park )

Ernesto and Venkat made the entire process well organized and comfortable. Mexico is the place where people can face language barriers and to find food for ones with restrictions e.g. Veg or no pork can be challenging. Having a helping hand is necessary. Ernesto and his family ensured that people are picked up and dropped on time for consular, ASC appointments and meals. They picked us on the bridge on Mexico side, got us smoothly through Mexican immigration and dropped us back at the entrance while returning. They also provided us guidance on where someone can pick you up at Brownsville back or parking lot where one can park if bringing own car. Feel free to bring families with kids, everyone would be comfortable with Ernesto around. The US consulate process in Matamoros is quite efficient compared to the consulates in India or may be any other country. It’s not that visa officers are easy but it’s more streamlined and even if people got 221g, it cleared quickly. One added perk of going there is one can visit Brownsville and visit South Padre island before or after ;). I would definitely recommend Matamoros and especially using services of Ernesto and Venkat. A big thank you to them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best customer service
Regardless of how much we contribute to the USA through our skills and jobs, we all know how stressful and complex is the visa renewal/revalidation process. One agency approves the 797 and another wants us to go out and validate.
I know we call can’t change that, but one thing we can do is go through this process in a less painful way by travelling to the nearest border embassy and revalidating our Visa.
If are looking for this route, Mexico is a best place to visit, get the visa thing done and Ernesto/Venkat/team are the best service providers to go-to.
I took their teams help for my visit on April 9th and successful completed my renewal.
